Refund and Returns Policy

Please be reminded that our policy last 30 business days for replacement/refund request only. If 30 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.

Returns Policy:

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our
workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a
replacement at no charge.

Due to all our products are made-to-order so we typically do not
accept returns or exchange due to user error such as incorrect selection
of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Products images may slightly different from actual item in terms of
color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s
display. Hence, please allow the 20% difference between advertised
images and the actual item you received.

We guarantee that our products will meet the needs of each customer.
Please read the following. If you are not satisfied with your purchase
for any reason, we are willing to return, exchange, or refund you for
your purchase.

For all other requests, please email us at [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and
exchanges. After receiving your return, please allow 3-5 business days
for a refund to appear. Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items
that have been cleaned, worn or damaged, will not be eligible for a
refund or exchange and the item will be forfeited.

When submitting an email request for a return/refund, a customer
service representative will communicate with you quickly. Pay attention
to the reply. (Usually, it will come within one or two business days).

Please return the time(s) through your local post office to avoid extra taxation when it arrives in our country.
Please
send us tracking the info after you ship it, take careful notice of the
tracking information as they’re important for a swift return/refund
process.

A refund will be released within 5 business days after we receive the package.

Return and Exchange Fees:

Customers do not need to pay return handling fee.

If the product does not have its own quality problems the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

If the product itself has quality problems, please contact us with photos and we will redeliver one for you for free.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account
again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for
your refund to be officially posted. Next contact your bank. There will
usually be some processing time before the refund is credited. If you
have done all of this and you still have not received your refund,

Our return and refund policy lasts 5 business days. If your purchase
is past 5 business days, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please notify us of your refund or exchange request within 5 business days of receiving your item.

All items must be returned to us via courier.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must cover the cost of re-shipping the item to us.

At no time will there be a handling fee for returns.

We offer partial or full refunds on most items within 5 business days
of receipt. The first step in the refund process is to contact our

Full Refunds

We offer a full refund on any item found to be faulty or damaged
through our negligence. Refunds cannot be claimed for damage caused by a
third party’s error or the customer’s own error. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. It may take 5 business days to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

We also offer partial refunds for returns that are missing some
original parts. In this case, the customer will only receive a partial
refund.

It may take 3-5 business days for your refund to be officially posted.

For cancelled orders and exchange orders before delivery

All cancelled orders must be written in an email. We do not accept
any cancellations for accessories. All other charges are non-refundable,
including shipping, insurance and any transaction fees.

Cancellation of orders (prior to delivery)

1.All orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.

2.All orders cancelled after 12 hours will be eligible for a refund
of the product,All orders placed within 12 hours of purchase will be
eligible for a free replacement. All other charges are non-refundable,
including shipping, insurance and any transaction fees.

Caution:

1. Customers are required to return the product to the specified
address. We will provide you with information about the return via
email. Upon receipt of the return, we will arrange for a full refund.

2. Returned orders need to have the order number written on the outside of the package.
